Schedule: One 6-hour consistent day per week, could be Tuesday-Friday + extra hours for the first month while we restock & prepare to launch new products Compensation: $22/hr Start date: ASAP
Location (in person): At my home in the Sunnyside neighborhood of San Francisco, which is BART accessible & easy to park. Some bottling and labelling can be done at your home. FYI, we may move to Oakland in the next 6 months so the location would change.
Money Witch provides tools of financial healing to healers, hustlers, and creatives. The company is multifaceted: we sell physical products as well as digital education products, and also provide coaching and tax preparation services. The Priestess of Materiality will be in charge of tending to the physical workspace and products of Money Witch.
Production - Production of herbal products from recipe, bottling, labelling money magic products - Weekly packing online orders and periodic wholesale orders for shippingDocumentation of production process for social media content - Writing and reflecting on products and ingredients for newsletter contentTrack inventory of finished products - Track inventory of raw materials and order/stock inventory of materials (herbs, bottles, carrier fluids, labels, shipping materials, unboxing supplies)Source raw materials for new products as needed - Update production archive: recipes and materials sources - Update and format wholesale order form and linesheet as needed - Maintain relationships with current wholesale accounts and establish new wholesale relationships
Delivery, Marketing & Customer Relations - Maintain digital systems of delivery- online course delivery via Teachable and e-book delivery via Pulley and Big Cartel - Coordinate with graphic designers on deliverables - Design marketing materials via Canva or design software when needed - Update online store (Big Cartel or Square Space) - Reply to and problem solve customer needs - Project management of product launches (managing timeline, creating to-do list, implementation) in coordination with the rest of the Money Witch team. Office Management - Ordering office supplies - Setting up physical systems for tax season & clients (paper folders in office, digital folders for client interface and client management spreadsheet) - Filing - Light cleaning, moving, and organization of office space and supplies - Role may expand to include customer service and client management for services offerings as well
Other Needs/Expectations - Ability to usually be able to lift boxes of product and materials. (I have a chronic back injury) - Willingness to sign a limited scope NDA. I want you to be able to talk about your job as you need, just want an agreement protecting private information. We can talk about this. - Position may expand to include all Money Witch customer service and client interface.
Minimum 1 year commitment desired, prefer longer term.
